Failed Heating Element Setup – Thermal Failure Investigation

This simulation recreates a decommissioned heating configuration inside a forging press where heating wires were installed under the die bed. The analysis covers pyrometer placement, wiring safety, thermal shielding, and proposes process corrections for safer preheating.
